Our limited Chairman’s Reserve is the creation from over a decade of exploration in local terroir and different varieties. Made from a few select blocks with unique sandy loam soil rich in minerals near the beacon tower of the Great Wall, the grapes are carefully tended to and hand sorted. After aging in premium French oak barrels for 18 months and expert blending, this prestigious cuvée, limited in quantity, is the quintessence of our winemaking art.

Craftsmanship, and passion, consistently delivering premium quality in every vintage.
Crafted with grapes from the best blocks in our highland vineyard, Site 16, and harvested at night to preserve their freshness, our Reserve whites are a testament to the perfection of nature and the precision of our winemaking techniques. After three rounds of hand-sorting, the grapes are pressed before going through natural low-temperature clarification and thermo-controlled fermentation, followed by aging in French oak.
Our Mastery reds are made only from qualitative grapes. The double sorting process by cluster and berry grade is followed by cold maceration and thermo-controlled fermentation. Over 50% is aged in oak barrels.
Elegantly showcase typicity and vitality with great aging potential.
Our Mastery whites are crafted with quality grapes from our highland vineyard, Site 16, sitting at an altitude of 1000m. The grapes are hand-harvested at night and go through a double sorting process for both cluster and berry quality. The juice is then clarified under low temperatures and undergoes a thermo-controlled fermentation to retain its freshness and vitality.
Mastery Chardonnay is partially aged in French oak for 8 months.
