Our vision at Canaan Winery is to epitomize the pinnacle of Chinese fine wine production. Drawing upon our extensive experience in viticulture and enology, we are dedicated to crafting premium wines under the Chapter and Verse brand. Our vineyards in Huailai County hold immense potential and we are committed to bringing it to fruition. We strive to inspire confidence in the quality of Chinese wine by imparting the distinct terroir of Huailai into each bottle.
